In Wished For, French-Australian independent artist Cloé Fournier embodies a mannequin stuck in a window shop whose wish for life has been granted.

This quirky 15-minute-performance sees a living mannequin experiencing the world for the first time drinking in the landscape, including the viewers.

Part-dance, part-theatre, Wished For is a witty street theatre performance for everyone’s to enjoy.

First commissioned for The Rocks Village Bizarre*, Wished For was performed as part of Through The Windows at the bold and bright men’s fashion store Joe Bananas.

*The Rocks Village Bizarre transform the Rocks historic precinct into a vaudevillian world of mystery, inviting some of the world’s best dancers to perform behind the glass of shopfronts, transforming them into stages featuring entrancing movement peces, colourful costumes and awe-inspiring visuals.
