Based in Sydney as a freelance contemporary artist, Isabella completed her Certificate IV in Dance at Ev&Bow Full Time Dance Training Centre (2014) and went on to further her training at The New Zealand School of Dance, graduating in 2017 with a Diploma in Dance Performance.

During her time in New Zealand Isabella performed in works by Amber Haines, Sarah Foster, Malia Johnston and James O’Hara, as well as collaborated with many artists such as Sam Coren in the remount of Hofesh Schecter’s Political Mother, and Janessa Dufty in a solo work Under The Same Sun. Isabella performed at the 2017 Auckland Tempo Dance Festival and also had the opportunity to perform in the 2016 acclaimed international design competition World Of Wearable Art.

Isabella has collaborated with many different artists, actors, photographers and videographers expanding her repertoire of projects across many different disciplines. She has featured in project based movement films as well as a lighting design film project Kinesis, featuring in the 2018 Wellington Lux Light Festival and receiving Bronze award at the Best Design Awards 2018.

Recent credits include 2018 On The Cusp Sydney Season as well as collaboration with Eliza Cooper in Old Life, Dead Life first development.

A versatile performer, Isabella is able to use her vocal experience and strong Italian cultural roots to capture the essence of folk and theatrics in Cloé Fournier’s Mea Culpa, showing at Riverside Theatre as part of Dance Bites 2019.
